İPTAL AND RETURN POLICY

This cancellation and return policy applies to accommodation and extra services offered by Mavenio Travel – Saklı Cave House. Every booking made means that the following terms are accepted in complete way.



Cancellation and Refund Terms

No refund is required in case of any cancellation.

The customer shall be deemed to have lost all of the price paid in the case of cancellation or not to stay.



Arrival Status (No-Show):

The customers who do not stay despite the booking date are responsible for the entire booking fee. No refund.



Early Output:

If the customer is departed early after the stay, the fee for the remaining time is not returned.



Extra Services:

All extra services received during the booking are charged including VAT and no circumstances are returned.



Private or Auction Cases:

Only natural disaster, severe health problems or extraordinary situations that are documented with the official health report can be evaluated. However, the final decision belongs to Mavenio Travel.



Legal Terms:

This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Nevsehir Courts and Executive Apartments are authorized in any dispute. Mavenio Travel reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY



News

This cancellation and refund policy applies to all accommodation and extra services © Mavenio Travel – Saklı Cave House. By making a reservation, the guest fully agrees to the following terms without exception.



Terms & Conditions

No refunds will be taken under any conditions.

If the guest cancels the reservation or perpets to show up (no-show), the full amount paid for for forfeited and will not be refunded.



No-Show (Failure to Arrive):

Guest who do not arrive on the date are responsible for the full reservation amount. No refund will be paid for any reason.



Early Departure:

If the guest leaves earlier than planned after check-in, no refund will be made for the unused nights.



Extra Services:

All extra services booked are charged with VAT included and are strictly non-license under any condition.



Exceptional or Force Majeure Situations:

Only extreme events such as natural disasters, officially documented serious conditions, or government-declaredncies emerge may be reviewed. However, Mavenio Travel reserves full authority to accept or reject such cases.



Legal:

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any legal disputes, Nevsehir Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive coverage. Mavenio Travel reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.
